The Guides to Bioclimatic Architecture and the Learnet browser were designed under the direction of Alain Liébard, President of Observ'ER and teacher at the Paris School of Architecture at La Villette, in collaboration with André de Herde, Director of the Architecture and Climate Research Center of the Catholic University of Louvain.
