Provincial study of renewable energies potentials

RESIREA aims at defining Decentralized Rural Electrification programmes, by promoting the renewable energies potentials available in Oudomxay: biomass energy, hydropower, solar.

As a result, detailed information and knowledge of the local available renewable energy potential is necessary, to propose suitable and adapted projects.

Several hydro potential sites have been identified in Oudomxay. Two of them are currently under detailed studies.
